The Black Gear Evolution Program is a special item that exists to power-up and ascend existing digimon into stronger versions of themselves. Under the research of Devimon's core fundamentals of how he creates Black Gears, reverse engineering has created this specific item to remove the control Devimon has on digimon, yet keep the increase of power and increase the boost aswell.
To acquire this item, you must go to Infinite Mountain Dungeon and defeat Kuwagamon, gaining cards to summon more of past raids to then reach Devimon himself. When defeating Devimon, you have a chance to not only gain his lootboxes, but also the Black Gear Evolution Program aswell.
